Images & Photography
Images and photos other than our own (referred to imagery) may be displayed when our imagery is not available for a particular product. If this is the case, you accept that this imagery may look and be presented slightly different but you understand that we have chosen imagery that best represents our dishes. You agree not to reuse or distribute any imagery that we have produced by ourselves.
Advertising
You understand and agree that the Website may include advertisements. To help make the advertisements relevant and useful to you, we may display advertisements based on the information we collect from you or in relation to your interaction on our Website.

Payment
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer.
In the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account as soon as reasonably possible.
Your Order Confirmation Email is a record of our agreement to deliver your order. Exceptionally, some items in the Order Confirmation Email may be unavailable. In such circumstances, we are entitled to provide a similar item or contact you to agree an amendment to your order.
If somebody else made the order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
Amendments and Cancellations of orders are at the reasonable discretion by us. E.g. amendments and cancellations will be unreasonable if our kitchen has already started to prepare the item you wish to amend or cancel.

Allergens and Food Preparation
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must call us and speak to our staff directly about the ingredients in your meal, prior to placing your order. Do not rely on the “Additional Notes” on the online order alone – it is too important.
Although every care is taken to remove all bones from chicken, meat and fish, some may remain.
